"Just bought a home in November and I already had insurance with my car through State farm so it made sense to have my homeowners insurance through State farm. My experience with homeowners insurance and Matyra's office was not a good one. Nobody was on the same page, things were getting passed off to different people because people were quitting or getting fired not sure so there was so much confusion everywhere. I didn't feel like the "center of the universe" as they put it. I ended up having to switch agents because I felt like her head was not all in it. I recommended several people for State farm which I will not be doing ever again. I hope everyone else's experience was better than mine."
